As ex-military, Mark demands the highest of standards from his team and he gets it! The 13 years spent working in the construction industry has led Mark to become an extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy character. When he started Pro Screed York LTD in 2013, he had the desire to build a reliable flooring company that uses the highest quality materials at a cost-effective price and ensures that everyone gets the service they deserve when they come to Pro Screed.
Nicola O Donovan
Office Manager
The first port of call… literally. Nicola is the heart and soul of Pro Screed, answering your calls, sending out quotes and processing payments – she does it all! Outside of Pro Screed, she’s a busy mother of 3 that has a knack for the finer things in life such as a lovely fine dining experience. Life is go, go, go with Nicola.

This hard-working, speedy whiz kid has been at Pro Screed for just over a year now, but you would’ve thought he was a seasoned veteran. He’s great with insulation, often laying it before you come back to offer him a brew. Outside of Pro Screed he loves going to the gym, so next time you see him on-site let him know not to skip leg-day!

5 years since he started here at Pro Screed and now Mark’s right-hand man. Another knowledgeable, hard-working individual. Outside of Pro Screed, you will find Casey tearing it up on the 5-a-side pitches around Harrogate – or so he thinks!
Adam Parsons

The newest member of our team, Adam is learning the tricks of the trade fast. An approachable and hard-working member of the team, he will get stuck in all the time. Outside of Pro Screed, Adam is a keen footballer playing both 11-a-side and 5-a-side on a regular basis as well as dabbling in a bit of parkour!
Julia Howell
Accounts and Finance
Although Julia works part-time, she is a massive asset to the Pro Screed team, keeping on top of the books at Pro Screed, whilst also lending a hand with answering calls and doing quotes. Outside of Pro Screed, Julia volunteers at St. Michael’s Hospice and loves to spend time with her grandchildren!

All our underfloor heating projects are perfectly designed, drawing on from hundreds of our past installations. A good design and quality prep work means we will get the job right first time, guaranteed.

Pro Screed’s team of qualified underfloor heating installers will install your UFH system excatly to the design specifications and completed drawings.
Screed
After the installation process we provide a full flow liquid screed service to safely cover and secure the UFH heating system in its place.
After Care
Pro Screed’s underfloor heating maintenance and repair service will keep your UFH heating running proficiently and will lengthen the life of the UFH system components.
