Floor Preparation
The first process of floor construction is a good solid substrate or slab. Most commonly it’s made from one pour of concrete either via a concrete transfer pump or straight from the concrete mixer.
UFH INSTALLATION
The second and most important part of the floor construction process is the laying of insulation on your substrate, this should sit evenly without rocking and be tightly packed according to building regs.
FLOOR SCREEDING
For your home, the office or a commercial development, floor screeding is quickly becoming one of the most widely used floor building techniques in both new builds and restoration building projects.
