PRO 12 UNDERFLOOR HEATING SYSTEMS
Our Lo Pro 12 Underfloor heating systems are designed to provide an efficient heating system with a total build-up of 22mm.
Whether it’s a single or multi zone project, Pro Screed will design, supply, install and commission your new Lo Pro underfloor heating system with the minimum amount of fuss, and in most cases your final floor covering can be laid within 72 hours.
The bagged levelling compound is mixed by our screed machine, then pumped through the pipes & placed over our Pro 12 overlay system.

PRO 16 UNDERFLOOR HEATING SYSTEMS
Our UFH systems are custom built at our warehouse in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Designed to provide our customers with a highly efficient heating system that is out of sight & out of mind.
Fitted with an ‘A’ rated composite pump you can be sure the system will be silent and efficient. Our branded UFH pipe comes with a lifetime guarantee and is fitted in accordance with ours or the customers designs.
Within our various designs, we aim to have all pipe runs within the same zones the same length, boosting performance & efficiency.
All systems are labelled & pipe runs listed.
We can also commission & balance your UFH system, it will then be signed off & you will receive a certificate which will be within this pack.
Edge strips are recommended around the perimeters of the walls, hard standing or pipes and joints placed where appropriate. The Screed height is established by laser level from a datum and tripods across the floor surface and working area.

Floor leveling & Application
Through-out the working area we set out leveling gauges called ‘tripods’ and, using a laser, will set them to the correct depth to make sure that the finished screed surface is level throughout the building and floor surfaces.
The screed will then be pumped in and poured to the depths set by the tripods. Once this is done, the tripods are carefully removed. To make sure that it is smooth, without any tide marks or air bubbles, we will then agitate the screed using a dappling bar. The screed installation is then complete.

After the installation process we provide a full flow liquid screed service to safely cover and secure the UFH heating system in its place.
